London back in lockdown

Vauxhall City Farm will be closed until further notice under new lockdown rules.

As announced during the press conference on Monday 4th January 2020, the UK is entering a third nationwide lockdown.

Vauxhall City Farm will be closed until further notice.

Please follow us on social media for any updates on the situation.

Vauxhall City Farm relies on donations from visiting public and income generated through our bookable services. The lockdown announcement – the night before the farm was due to reopen to the public for the new year – is another threat to our survival.

Vauxhall City Farm was started in the 1970s on a demolition site by a group of local people wanting to make a difference in the community, and we know how much the Farm means to many children, families, and individuals in Lambeth and beyond. We are appealing to all our supporters to help us continue to serve our community. A donation to our emergency appeal #SaveVauxhallCityFarm will go some way to ensuring that after this crisis is over, Vauxhall City Farm will still be here to serve our community.

We will do everything in our power to keep the Farm going, aiming to still be here for the community, when the world returns to normal, but we know we will not be able to do this without your support.

If you are able, please help #SaveVauxhallCityFarm by donating as generously as you can, and by spreading the word about our emergency appeal.

Thank you.

Stay safe, and take care of each other.
