Vauxhall City Farm is a charity and we rely on our amazing volunteers to keep the place running. There are lots of different ways to volunteer depending on the skills you have to offer.

If you’re willing to roll up your sleeves, talk to the public, muck out a stable and hug the odd goat then you could make a great farmyard volunteer! You don’t need any experience but you do need to commit to becoming a regular helping hand, either during the week or at weekends.

If you have experience working with school children, youth groups or community outreach projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Have some experience with horses? Why not volunteer with our riding team!  We are often looking for extra help particularly with grooming, tacking and leading for lessons.

We are especially on the hunt for volunteers to help our Farmyard and Education teams at the weekend and at events.

We’re always looking for people with practical DIY skills to help us maintain the site. Professional and keen amateur carpenters, plumbers and electricians are all welcome!
